Dear 11th Grade Families,
I just want to send you a note wishing you a happy holiday season. After a year and half, I really feel like I have a home at D-E, and building relationships with you has been a big part of that. In many ways, 11th grade is a real “step up” from the first two years of high school, and I’ve been grateful to partner with you in supporting your children through this time.
I’ve been so pleased to see how much the class of 2025 has grown since I’ve been here, and they’re emerging as real leaders on campus, as we saw with so many juniors performing wonderfully in Jazz Rock today. I’m very optimistic about the year ahead, and it’s hard to believe that senior year is right around the corner!
