Hi, everyone,
I’m writing with a quick update about how the juniors are faring at the moment – in a word – two words actually! – they’re doing pretty well. Collectively speaking, they have managed this quarter adeptly – they’re off to a good start managing second semester course loads, they’re actively participating and leading their co-curricular activities, and they’re socializing and engaging with each other positively, too. And, in the midst of all of this, they’ve been navigating the course selection process, getting themselves set up for their academic programs as seniors. When we return from Break they will be full speed ahead until the end of the year – as Ms. Lali mentioned in her comments to you all today, spring at D-E is incredibly busy, so, keeping that in mind, I encourage you all to make sure the students get some time for rest this Break – and you all as well!

> Our 11th Grade Spring Parent Forum will be here on campus Tuesday morning, April 11. More details to follow.
> The College Counseling Office (CCO) Junior College Fair will be here on campus on Monday, April 17, at 6 PM. You’ll receive an Email directly from the CCO with details about this event, early next week.
