Attached you will find a packing list for our overnight trip to Camp Mason on October 6th-7th. Our plan is to depart from campus by 8:30am on Thursday morning, and to return in time for the regular 3:30pm dismissal on Friday afternoon. We are hoping for good weather and memorable bonding experiences for the Class of 2026 and their peer and adult mentors!
We will be sharing more information with the students about the itinerary, rooming arrangements, and trip rules and expectations during a grade meeting on Monday October 3rd. If you know that your child will not be attending, please reach out to let me know as soon as possible; missing the trip counts as a two-day absence from school. It is our hope that everyone feels able and excited to attend, and if we can work together with you to help allay any anxieties your 9th grader may be feeling, then please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Finally, please let us know if your child has allergy or dietary restrictions. For example, please let us know if your child is vegetarian.
